On Behalf of the Planet and Trusted Charities,
Thank you for your generous donations!
Giving back just got more convenient.
For more than 40 years, Common Threads has helped make everyday giving simple and worthwhile. Our goal is to keep reusable items in circulation and responsibly recycle those that cannot be reused. Together, these efforts support a more sustainable future by helping reusable goods stay out of local landfills.
We accept items on behalf of our charity partners, with donations accepted through convenient drop-off locations and free home pickup. You’ll find donation stations in easily accessible locations, such as grocery stores and shopping centers. If you prefer to let us handle the heavy work, our home pickup option lets you declutter without leaving. Just bag your items and leave them outside on the scheduled day—we’ll take care of the rest.
All donations benefit our charity partners which support veterans and their families. We work with trusted charities like AMVETS National Service Foundation and The National Children’s Cancer Society (NCCS) to help you make a meaningful impact.
Every item you give helps extend the life of something still useful. Browse through the pre-loved belongings in your home and uncover acceptable donations that have the potential for a meaningful second life.
